About Me

I am a skilled data analyst with a passion for storytelling with data. I believe that words and data are the most powerful tools to change the world.

During my spare time, I am usually programming and working on deriving insights from data. My skills include data analysis, data visualization ,and machine learning. I have develop a strong acumen for problem solving, and I enjoy an occasional challenge.

I often work on end-to-end data science and data analytics projects that usually begin from the primary stage of collecting data upto delivering business insights.

Education

I completed a four year Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Eswatini (Swaziland) where I was majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Experience

  • Community Development Officer

    Eswatini Communications Commission November 2022 - January 2023

    I was previously working as a community development officer for ESCOOM company. As a community development officer during the cyber awareness month, we visited two regions in the country namely Shiselweni and Manzini region teaching ,and enlightening the elders about prevailing issues on cyber attacks. .

  • Data Analyst-Graduate Trainee

    Municipal Council of Mbabane July 2022 - October 2022

    I was previously working as a Data Analyst and Database Management Technology Graduate Trainee. As a data analyst, I performed the following tasks : data cleaning and data preparation, data visualization, and data interpretation and reporting. I was reporting and working under the supervision of the Strategic Budgeting and Planning Manager - Office of The CEO.

  • Junior Software Developer

    United National Development Program (UNDP)

    Work on a research project in which UNDP collaborated with the University of Eswatini to develop educational solutions for tertiary students during COVID-19 , as well as the adoption of online learning. Working in a team of five other professionals, we create web-based educational applications that can be used offline and are installable on desktop, IOS, and Android devices
